To terminate a cPanel account using WHM (Web Host Manager), follow these steps:
1. Log in to WHM using your root login credentials.
2. In the search bar at the top of the screen, type “List Accounts” and select the option that appears.
4. Find the account you wish to terminate from the list, and click the “Terminate” button next to it.
3. On the confirmation page, select the option to “Delete Account and DNS Only” or “Delete Account and Files”, depending on whether or not you want to remove the account’s files as well.
4. Click the “Terminate Account” button to complete the process.
Note: Terminating an account will permanently delete all data associated with the account, including files, databases, and email accounts. Be sure to backup any important data before terminating an account.
